Full Body Release

FBR is your time to unwind and restore. Inspired by Yin Yoga, this class uses longer-held postures to gently open the body, calm the mind, and release tension from head to toe. With low lighting, grounded energy, and deep intentional breath-work, you’ll leave feeling lighter, centered, and completely reset.

Group Power®

Group Power® is a one-hour, cutting-edge strength training workout designed to get you strong both physically and functionally. It combines traditional strength training with full-body, innovative exercises using a bar, weighted plates, body weight, a step, upbeat music, and guidance every rep of the way.

Pilates Aligned

Where connection meets flow. Aligned Pilates is a reformer-inspired mat experience designed to build strength from the inside out. Full Body Sculpt

A part of our Full Body family. FBS  strength-meets-mobility class designed to build a strong balanced body from the inside out. Through intentional, slower based movement, you’ll focus on core strength, flexibility, and functional mobility- leaving you feeling grounded, aligned, and empowered.

Full Body Knockout

Another IGNITE exclusive! FBKO is a high-intensity, boxing-inspired workout that blends cardio, boxing drills, and bodyweight strength training. It’s full-body conditioning that’ll have you sweating, smiling, and feeling like a total knockout.

Core Balance

Build strength from the inside out with a class that blends dynamic core work with stability and isometric training. The first half of class focuses on powerful, controlled movement, while the second half challenges your balance and endurance with targeted holds. Finish with a short stretch to reset and leave feeling strong, centered, and steady.

Lift by Ballet Beats®

Lift by Ballet Beats® is part of the Ballet Beats® family, designed to deliver a serious burn with big energy. This barre-inspired strength and core class uses light weights, optional ankle weights, and powerful movement for a full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong, sculpted, and unstoppable.

Turn Up™Dance Fitness

Turn Up™ is a high-energy HIIT dance fitness experience that mixes cardio, strength, and easy-to-follow dance choreo with girls’ night out vibe. The playlists hit hard. The energy is contagious. And no dance background is needed. Just be ready to have the time of your life working out!

Mat Pilates
