Turn Up is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) dance fitness workout that combines HIT cardio, body strength training, and dance. Trust us, if you love an upbeat workout, music, dancing, or all of the above...Turn Up™ will rock your world. Turn Up is for everybody and every body, dancers and NON dancers. Especially for those with two feet ;) DISCLAIMER: Will boost confidence levels. * NO dance background necessary!! *
